Nestled amidst the pine-covered hills of Darjeeling, Fursat Farm Stay is a serene retreat. The views are breathtaking, the hospitality warm, and the air carries the sweet scent of pine needles. Fursat is a place that's nestled in a Sherpa community, far away from the hustle of city life. It's situated in a town called Sonada, about 15 km from Darjeeling. Our hosts were among the sweetest and kindest that we've ever met. They were accommodative, conversational and helpful. I'd love to return here for the warmth and comfort they provided!

We stayed for a week at Himalayan Heart Aashiyana Homestay, and it was truly one of our best travel experiences. The hospitality extended by Ram Dev Ji and his family was exceptional—they made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The homestay is located in a beautiful offbeat destination, perfect for anyone looking to disconnect from the chaos of daily life and unwind in peace. The surroundings are serene, and the overall vibe is incredibly relaxing. The food deserves a special mention—it was absolutely delicious and added so much to our overall experience.

We had a great stay at Fursat. The place is just lovely, surrounded by trees and farms. This is an off-beat location, suitable for those who want a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was damn chilly up there, but the rooms are equipped with a heater and geyser. The place may not be that easy to find by yourself but thanks to our lovely host, Tshering, who arranged everything for us and made everything so easy.

We loved, loved, loved this Homestay! Tshering is an amazing host and very caring. His sister is a fantastic cook and the food was really tasty! The other family members that help to run the place are also very kind and helpful.

This place is really beautiful and quiet. The food was awesome and the hosting was perfect. It's great value for money.

The location is heavenly. Very serene and peaceful. Tshering and his family are very hospitable warm and put in all efforts to ensure the stay is comfortable and homely. Our pets really enjoyed the stay and were in love with the hosts. We also enjoyed the local cuisine with the ingredients from the location farms. Highly recommended. We would love go and stay again.

This trip to FURSAT FARMS turned out to the most memorable trip of my life. It was raining incessantly. I was living amongst the clouds. The hospitality of Tshering, Phupu, Tshering's darling mother and of Yogesh was exceptional. we made some friends for life. the view was to kill for and the food served to us was delicious. It was the best homemade food I had ever tasted.

Amazing place, very kind and caring people. Tshering, the host is a very nice person always up for helping. I undoubtedly recommend this Homestay for anyone who would want to spend some peaceful quiet time. I am sure I'll be visiting again.

If you want to soak in the beauty of nature and be around lovely Sherpa family then this is the place. The family is just wonderful and go all out to make your stay memorable. The property is inside the Senchal Sanctuary and amazingly beautiful. Foods great and the people are lovely. A must visit location.

From the rooms to the food and the hospitality, Fursat Farm Sunset Stay has aced it all. The room was super cosy and perfect for a winter getaway. Tshering and Tshering's mom made sure we were comfortable and treated us with mouthwatering food. Definitely recommend this place if you are ever in the region.

A calm and peaceful homestay on the top of the hill. The hospitality is amazing and they make you feel at home with delicious homemade food. Do not forget to try the local cuisine and also the local village wine. Very friendly village and just a place to soak up in nature with a wonderful view.

It was like a secret nook in the midst of the forest. We had a comfortable and cozy cabin to ourselves with a nice view of the woods. Clean, sanitized and tidy rooms (and bathroom) with warm and comfortable beddings.

Any Traveller booking this property can expect breath taking view of the tea estate and Darjeeling, very friendly and courteous staff and manager. Expect a helping hand always to assist you. Being little off the crowded city it's a perfect place to unwind. If you are looking for a property away from the mainstream this is for you.
